Seller Terms
1.Acceptance
These Seller Terms govern your listing and sale of AI agents ("Agents") on the Agentle marketplace ("Agentle", "we", "us"). By submitting an Agent for review or listing one, you agree to these terms and to our Content Policy.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You're responsible for keeping your account and contact details accurate, and for any activity under your account.
3.Your listings
- You must own or have the rights to everything you list, including the Agent, its name, and any assets you upload.
- Listings must be accurate — describe what the Agent actually does, what it connects to, and its real pricing. No misleading claims.
- You keep ownership of your Agent. You grant Agentle a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and market your listing while it's live.
4.Review & approval
Every Agent is reviewed before it goes live, and significant updates may be re-reviewed. We may decline or remove a listing that breaches these terms or our Content Policy. Review typically takes 1–2 business days.
5.Pricing, fees & payouts
- You set your own price (including listing an Agent as free).
- Agentle charges a 15% platform fee; you keep 85% of each sale, before applicable taxes and payment-processing costs.
- Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You must set up a Stripe Express account and complete its identity and bank verification before any payout can be made.
- Each sale settles to your balance after a 30-day hold (to cover refunds and chargebacks). Settled balances are paid out monthly once they exceed the $50 minimum threshold; amounts below the threshold roll over to the next period.
- You can sell from any country supported by Stripe Connect. Payouts are made in your local currency where available.
- You're responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes. Stripe collects the applicable tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN/W-8BEN-E) at onboarding and issues a 1099-K where required; neither Agentle nor Stripe withholds income tax on your behalf.
6.Your responsibilities
- Security & data. Handle buyer data responsibly, request only the access your Agent needs, and comply with applicable privacy laws.
- Support. Provide reasonable support for buyers of your Agent and keep it working as described.
- Compliance. Follow all laws that apply to you and your Agent, and our Content Policy.
7.Suspension & termination
You can unlist your Agent at any time. We may suspend or remove a listing, withhold payouts tied to violations, or close an account that breaches these terms, is fraudulent, or creates risk for buyers. We'll give notice where reasonable.
8.Disclaimers & liability
The marketplace is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Agentle isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or your dealings with buyers. Final liability terms will be set out in the launch version.
9.Changes
We may update these terms as Agentle develops. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will change.
