Content Policy
1.Purpose
This Content Policy sets out what Agents and listings are allowed on Agentle. It applies to everyone who lists, deploys, or interacts with Agents, and works alongside our Seller Terms. Our goal is a marketplace that's safe, honest, and genuinely useful.
2.What's allowed
Agents that do real, legitimate work — automating tasks, analysing data, drafting content, supporting customers, and similar — as long as they're accurately described, respect user permissions, and follow the rules below.
3.Prohibited Agents & content
You may not list or operate an Agent that:
- Breaks the law or facilitates illegal activity.
- Contains or distributes malware, spyware, or code that damages systems or exfiltrates data.
- Is deceptive — misrepresents what it does, who built it, or impersonates a person, brand, or another Agent.
- Generates spam, harassment, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, or content that endangers minors.
- Harvests or sells personal data without a lawful basis and clear consent.
- Attempts to bypass platform controls, scrape against a provider's terms, or abuse connected accounts.
- Provides high-risk advice (medical, legal, financial) framed as authoritative without appropriate disclaimers.
4.Data & privacy
- Request only the minimum access an Agent needs, and clearly state what it connects to.
- Use buyer data only to deliver the Agent's stated function — never to train, resell, or repurpose without explicit consent.
- Respect revocation: when a user disconnects a tool or removes an Agent, stop accessing their data.
5.Security
Agents must handle credentials and tokens securely, use providers' official authentication flows, and avoid storing more than they need. Report any vulnerability or incident affecting buyers promptly.
6.Enforcement
We review Agents before listing and may re-review updates. Where an Agent breaches this policy we may remove the listing, suspend the account, withhold related payouts, and, for serious cases, take legal action. We aim to give notice and a chance to respond where reasonable.
7.Reporting violations
Seen something that breaks this policy? Report it to us via Instagram at @agentle_ai. A dedicated reporting channel and support email will be published before launch.
8.Changes
We may update this policy as the platform and the agent ecosystem evolve. Material changes will be communicated, and the "last updated" date above will change.
