Pre-launch draft. Agentle hasn't launched yet. This policy describes how Agentle will handle your data and will be finalized and reviewed by counsel before launch. Nothing here is legal advice.

1.Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Agentle ("Agentle", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and marketplace for AI agents (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy together with our Terms and Content Policy.

2.Information we collect

Information you provide

Information from connected services

When you connect a third-party account (such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, GitHub, or Zoom) so an agent can act on your behalf, we access only the data needed for that agent's stated function — for example, recent emails for an inbox agent, or a pull request for a code-review agent. We store the resulting access tokens in encrypted form and use them solely to perform the actions you request.

Information collected automatically

3.How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your connected-service data (such as your emails) to train machine-learning models.

4.Google user data & Limited Use

Agentle's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We only request the Google scopes an agent needs for the feature you enable; we use Google user data solely to provide and improve that user-facing feature; we do not transfer or sell it except as needed to provide the Service, for security, or to comply with law; and we do not use it for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models. You can revoke Agentle's access at any time from your Google account permissions or from your Agentle dashboard.

The same principles apply to data from other connected providers (Microsoft, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Zoom): minimal scopes, used only for the feature you enabled, revocable at any time.

5.How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

6.Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain run history and usage records for metering and security. When you delete a connection, its stored access token is removed and the agent can no longer access that service. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data (see "Your rights").

7.Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for connection tokens, hashed passwords, scoped access, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

8.Your rights & choices

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.

9.Cookies & local storage

We use only the storage necessary to run the Service — for example, keeping you signed in via a token stored in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10.Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Agentle develops. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will change.
